5-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Every purchase of an Impact LED Sign includes a 5-year limited warranty and lifetime technical support.
We’ll always be available to help you and your client with their sign. Our technicians are prepared to assist on any possible issue with our hardware or software, and are focused on your end-user having a positive experience. Our US-based technical support staff is available weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST to provide you with exceptional service and support. Our technicians will quickly evaluate and diagnose any undesired behavior of your sign and generate a plan of action to resolve any issues.
We’re located in Louisville Kentucky, which is proudly home to a UPS World Hub. Should replacement parts be necessary for your LED sign, we keep a robust inventory of components and have the ability to deliver those parts quickly, minimizing your sign’s downtime. No LED sign is perfect. We take pride in our ability to help you and resolve undesired situations quickly and completely.
The Impact LED Peace of Mind Pledge
We know how important signage is to your business. Whether it be intentional vandalism, extreme weather, or a car veering off the road, sometimes things happen to your sign you just can’t prevent.
Impact has an additional pledge on top of our regular warranty to keep your sign covered. Should anything happen, we will reimburse up to $5,000 of the insurance deductible on your sign. The unforeseen expense of an insurance deductible is a lot for many businesses, this way, you can get your Impact LED sign replaced and continue business as usual without another hole in your pocket.
